Britney Spears may be single again, some media outlets are reporting, but at least one says she’s still going strong with her legal assistant boyfriend David Lucado.
X17 Online reported that the couple had split up some time ago, according to a source, and said Spears has been around town conspicuously without Lucado.

“Britney’s been focusing on her boys after the breakup,” the source told X17.
Referring to a photo of the star looking happy and waving at the camera, X17 pointed out that she doesn’t seem too upset by the end of another relationship. Still, the source told X17 that she was recovering from the split by spending time with her sons.
But the
Daily Mail reported that despite rumors to the contrary Spears and Lucado are still going strong in their 15-month-old relationship.
"It's not true, he's just away at the moment, and they're still a couple," the Mail’s source said.
Spears tweeted a photo of herself with her boys (and no Lucado) this week, welcoming summer.
The last reference to Lucado on Spears’ Twitter account was in March, when she and Lucado were in Hawaii with her sons.
Spears received a lot of good wishes from fans, many posting their hopes that she stays out of relationships for a time.
“Hope she finds true and lasting love one day soon. She's been thru a lot of heartache, it seems,” one wrote on a
Radar Online report about Spears' alleged breakup.
“I still love Britney- crazy and all,” another said. “Always rooting for her to make it. She is my guilty pleasure.”
