Camille Grammer: Kelsey Grammer Has't Seen Kids in Months (Video)

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer opened up this week about her recent cancer surgery and her allegations of abuse against her boyfriend, all the while throwing shade at ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer.

The 45-year-old mother of two made an appearance on Thursday's episode of "The Dr. Oz Show" to discuss her recent endometrial cancer diagnosis and recovery from the radical hysterectomy she underwent last month.

"I'm feeling great. I have to say once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around," she said. "I was able to go trick-or-treating with my kids and my life is moving forward. I'm feeling very well."

Grammer also talked about the widely reported altercation with boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos, who is accused of assaulting her as she recovered from surgery in a Houston hotel room in mid-October. According to court documents, Charalambopoulos slammed her face into furniture, grabbed out clumps of her hair, and threatened her.

"He wrestled me on the hotel bed, repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture, and eventually he succeeded in immobilizing me. … I began to scream, calling for help," Grammer claimed in the papers, obtained by E! Online. "He told me I was going to hell, and then, to make his escape, he said he would 'knock me out' if I moved from the bed while he left the hotel."

She was granted a restraining order and said Thursday she's working with a therapist to heal emotionally.

"It was just terrible 'cause, you know, right after any kind of procedure, you want to be surrounded by love and you need good healing vibes and positive energy around you … somebody's there to take care of you and love you, and … I was physically abused and assaulted by this person and it was very traumatizing," she said. "But now, I'm working with a therapist, and I’m going to be OK. I’m doing well."

Grammer said it's important for her to fully recover — from both the surgery and the assault — because she's a single mom.

"My heart sank. You know, you think about your children, am I gonna make it, I want to be alive for them. I want to see my daughter get married, I want to see my son get married, graduate high school, college," she said about her kids. "My ex-husband hasn’t seen the kids since July, so I’m mom. I’m there. So I really needed to be here for them."

A rep for Kelsey Grammer, the Emmy Award-winning "Frasier" actor who left his wife for another woman in 2010, said in a statement that Camille Grammer "neglected to say that Kelsey was filming out of the country" during the time period. "Also, Kelsey does not wish to be drawn into commenting on their personal life in a public forum."
