Chris Evans, Chris Pratt Make Superhero Super Bowl Bet for Charity

By    |   Wednesday, 21 January 2015 08:22 PM EST

Actors Chris Evans and Chris Pratt entered into a friendly Super Bowl bet via a Twitter exchange that will end with one lucky children’s charity receiving a visit from either Captain America or Star-Lord.

The exchange began when Evans, who stars as Captain America and is a New England Patriots fan, posted a Twitter jab at his friend Pratt, Star-Lord actor and Seattle Seahawks fan.

The volley ended with an exchange of stakes, with the loser showing up in character at a children’s charity sporting paraphernalia from the winning team.

The organizations that stand to benefit from the bet are the Seattle Children’s Hospital and Christopher’s Haven, which provides support to families of children receiving cancer treatment.

The bet quickly made the rounds on the Internet, with Twitter users reacting in delight.

Pratt also couldn't resist a jab at Evans over the Patriots' ball-deflating controversy.
