After gambling and winning $2 million, UFC President Dana White said the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has asked him again not to play there.
It’s the second time the casino has
asked White not to play, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The first ban resulted in White pulling all UFC-related events from the casino.

He returned to the tables in March after a 22-month boycott of the casino, which ended after former Palms Chief Executive Dan Lee sent White a case of his favorite $5,000-per-bottle wine, the newspaper reported.
In late May, new management reduced his betting limit from $25,000 to $5,000.
“Casinos don’t want to gamble anymore,” White told the Review-Journal. “They’re all owned by hedge funds and corporations. They want to stack the odds so much against you that won’t play. Realistically, there’s only one place to play left in town. That’s Caesars. They will let you play what you want to play. No messing around with limits.”
White, who reportedly tipped almost $200,000 during the past three months, said he hasn’t cheated the casino.
“A lot of people are going to think I’m a card counter after that Ben Affleck thing at the Hard Rock Café,” White told the Review-Journal. “I’m the farthest thing from a card counter.”
White also is in the news over UFC fighter Jon Jones, who hasn’t agreed to fight Alexander Gustafsson to defend his light heavyweight title in a bout tentatively set for August.
“It’s just one of those things that sucks, to be honest with you,”
White told the Albuquerque Journal. “As soon as that kid (Jones) starts to build some steam and starts to become the star that you think he can be, he comes out and doesn’t want to fight somebody. You’re the champion, you’re the pound-for-pound best guy in the world, and he says he wants to be known as the best ever. Well, you don’t turn down opponents, you know what I mean? You’ve got to fight all the best in the world, anyway. You’re the man; everybody’s gunning for you.”
