Singer Demi Lovato is feeling better after being taken to the emergency room on Tuesday with a lung infection.

A friend took Lovato to Providence Tarzana Medical Center because she was having trouble breathing, TMZ reported. Doctors determined her illness was related to the flu and gave her medication, including a Z-Pak.

"She returned home soon after her ER visit and is feeling much better today," an unnamed representative told US Weekly.

The 22-year-old “Heart Attack” singer thanked her fans for their well wishes on Twitter.

Earlier this month, Lovato tweeted about her coming fifth album.
