Duchess Kate Hires a Bodyguard To 'Mind' Her Backside in Public

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has reportedly hired a female bodyguard to "mind" her backside during public appearances in an effort to prevent another Marilyn Monroe-esque bare-butt moment.

Middleton made headlines last month when a German tabloid magazine published photos of her bare buttocks during the royal couple's trip to Australia. In the images, the 32-year-old is exposed briefly when wind from a nearby helicopter ruffles her dress.

Now, in an effort to prevent a similar incident, Middleton will reportedly be "accompanied by a female minder to stop photographers taking embarrassing snaps of her," the U.K.'s Mirror Online reported.

The German photo spread didn't mark the first time a magazine has published revealing photos of Middleton. Last April, the Duke and Duchess launched legal action against France's gossip magazine Closer after it ran topless photos of Middleton taken during the royal couple's honeymoon in September 2012.
