Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Buy Manhattan Condo for $14 Million

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her NFL star husband Tom Brady are in contract to buy a $14 million condominium in New York City.

The newly purchased three-bedroom home on the 47th floor is located in the glistening One Madison Park glass tower on East 22nd Street.

"They went for the model apartment, which is a full-floor private residence with amazing city and river-to-river plus park views," a source told the New York Post.

“It will allow Tom Brady to look down on Gotham like Batman,” the source said.

The pricey abode will not likely strain the finances of the the power couple, who raked in $80 million last year, according to Forbes. The A-list duo landed in second place, behind Jay Z and Beyonce, on Forbes' list of Highest-Earning Celebrity Couples from June 2012 to June 2013.

The glassy Manhattan home reportedly boasts oak plank floors, oversized doors, and a soaking tub in the master bathroom.

Bundchen's ex-boyfriend, Leonardo DiCaprio, was reportedly a prospective buyer of the building's triplex penthouse on the 58th and 60th floor, listed for $50 million, Us Weekly reported.

Fans of expensive real estate, the couple made headlines earlier this year when the Detroit Free Press posted a video of their $20 million Los Angeles mansion that took three years to build. The 22,000-square-foot dream home included a resort-style pool, a custom park area for their children, and a moat. They also own a 5.2 acre compound in Massachusetts.

Bundchen and Brady have been married since 2009.
