Grumpy Cat is pawing her way to Lifetime for a horrible holiday special.
The Internet's most popular feline with huge blue eyes and a nonstop frown will star in a live-action film,
"Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever," said The Hollywood Reporter. Grumpy will play an ignored pet store cat who communicates with a 12-year-old girl.

The script will be written by Tim Hill of "SpongeBob SquarePants" and Jeff Morris.
"It brings fun and irreverence that we haven't had at Lifetime," Vice President of Original Movies Arturo Interian told THR. "We're so known for our heartfelt sentimentality that it will poke fun at those stereotypes."
Interian added that his teenage daughters gave him the idea for the project, which is scheduled to shoot this summer.
The human to voice Grumpy Cat has yet to be cast.
Grumpy Cat's real name is named Tardar Sauce and she lives in Arizona. She became an Internet sensation in 2012 and her YouTube videos have generated millions of views. There are Grumpy Cat T-shirts, calendars, gift wrap, and a best-selling book available in 14 languages.
Aside from her owner, Grumpy Cat also has a manager, Ben Lashes, who also works for Internet phenom "Keyboard Cat," among others. Lashes told THR that Lifetime "is the perfect venue" for Grumpy Cat. "When I go home for Christmas, there are movies that we always watch. It becomes a tradition. I like that aspect of Christmas movies."
Grumpy was recently seen being held by Ryan Seacrest during the 13th season of "American Idol," and also lounged on the highly sought-after Iron Throne from HBO's “Game of Thrones.” The cat's version took the name “Grump of Thrones.”
