"Home Alone" star Macaulay Culkin reprises his childhood role as Kevin McCallister in a new, dark web short
released on YouTube this Thursday.
The explicit five-minute video begins with a now grown-up McCallister working as a driver for an Uber-like car service,
Rolling Stone reported.
He picks up his passenger, played by musician, actor, and producer Jack Dishel, and soon explains that he's filling in as a driver in order to cover for his deadbeat wife.
The only problem? He can't drive.
That's when things start to get dark.
The passenger offers to drive, and is soon regaled with the story of young Kevin McCallister. He tells his fare that his family left his home alone and forgot about him when they all went on a family trip for Christmas. He soon had to defend his home from two violent robbers, and did so by rigging his house with improbable but effective booby traps.
The experience clearly left the now-middle aged McCallister with some kind of PTSD, however.
As they pull up to their destination, a would-be carjacker approaches the car with a gun.
A still quick-thinking McCallister quickly devises a booby trap to foil the criminal.
The video then cuts to a dark basement, where McCallister proceeds to presumably torture the assailant, then dance around covered in his blood.
