Hope Solo appeared in court Monday and pleaded not guilty following her domestic violence arrest at a home in suburban Seattle. The U.S. women's soccer team goalkeeper was released without bail and told to stay on the wagon.
Authorities say Solo, 32, was intoxicated early Saturday when she was accused of assaulting her sister and 17-year-old nephew. Her release was conditioned on not having contact with the alleged victims and not drinking alcohol, reported The Associated Press.
Solo had been booked into jail for investigation of two counts of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

The male caller who dialed 911 told the dispatcher that a woman was "hitting people." When police arrived, Solo was reportedly intoxicated and there were "visible injuries" to her sister and nephew, the official complaint stated.
"There was a big party going on at her house. It was an out-of-control situation," said Kirkland police Lt. Mike Murray.
Solo, identified in police documents as "Hope Amelia Stevens," was held without bail at the South Correctional Entity Regional Jail in Des Moines, Washington, on two counts of investigation of fourth-degree domestic-violence assault.
It wasn't the first time Solo has been involved in a domestic violence dispute. In November 2012, her then-boyfriend, former NFL player Jerramy Stevens, was arrested after an altercation that reportedly left Solo injured.
He was later released on lack of evidence and the pair wed the next day.
Solo's lawyer, Todd Maybrown, said she was a victim in Saturday's altercation. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 11.
