Jay Z and Beyonce are the highest-earning celebrity couple in the world, raking in an estimated $95 million over a one-year span ending in June,
according to a new analysis by Forbes magazine.
Shawn Corey Carter, better known by his stage name Jay Z, is the rapper, record producer, entrepreneur, and sports agent whom Forbes reports earned $1.4 million per night in the U.S. during the Watch The Throne tour with Kanye West. In all, the tour grossed $48.5 million over 35 U.S. concerts.

Beyonce reportedly earned an average of $2 million per night on her Mrs. Carter world tour.
Income from their concerts only makes up a portion of the couple’s earnings. Jay Z, for example, is a part owner in Brooklyn’s new Barclay’s Center that is home to the fast-rising NBA power New Jersey Nets. He once owned part of the team, and will now sell his interest in the arena to concentrate on Roc Nation Sports, which also represents Oklahoma Thunder superstar Kevin Durant.
Beyonce, meanwhile, has expanded into clothing and fragrances.
Forbes says the power couple earned some $15 million more than the No. 2 duo, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his bride, supermodel
Gisele Bundchen – the latter of whom is the highest paid model in the world and who is estimated to have made $40 million from June of 2012 through June of 2013.
Forbes notes that Brady earns millions from endorsement deals with the likes of companies such as Uggs and Under Armor. His latest football contract came with a $30 million signing bonus.
Following Jay Z/Beyonce and Brady/Bundchen in third place on the earnings list was Angela Jolie and Brad Pitt with a hardly paltry $50 million in estimated income.
E! notes that Jay-Z and Beyoncé could soon be raking in more Benjamins. Their daughter, Blue Ivy, has made a cameo on one of her father’s songs and her parents have petitioned to trademark her name “for the right to use it on anything from baby clothes to toys.”
