Singer Kelly Clarkson received her "best early Christmas present ever": She’s pregnant with her first child.
Clarkson, 31, tweeted Tuesday that she and husband Brandon Blackstock are expecting.

Clarkson, the first “American Idol” winner, did not provide a due date.
Blackstock is the son of Clarkson's manager, Narvel Blackstock, and the stepson of Reba McEntire.
The couple were married during an intimate ceremony at Blackberry Farms, a rural resort in Tennessee, on Oct. 20. Clarkson also tweeted about that memorable event.
Clarkson told Jay Leno during an Nov. 11 appearance on his show of her plans to start a family.
"We're trying, trying, trying … like rabbits!" she told the host.
Her husband has two children from a previous marriage and Clarkson told Leno they make her want to have a large family.
"I want a little baby with little feet and I just want to bite them," she said. "I never wanted kids before, but now I want, like, five."
