Lisa Niemi, Patrick Swayze's widow, remarried over the weekend at a small ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida.
Us Weekly magazine reported that Niemi, 57, and her new husband, Albert DePrisco, a 58-year-old Boston jeweler, met through mutual friends and dated for more than a year before he surprised her with a ring on Christmas Eve.
"What I most look forward to on my wedding day is walking up, standing at our altar, and looking into his most incredible, twinkling eyes,"
Niemi told People magazine just days before the wedding. "I cannot think of a bigger treat than that."

Niemi was married to Patrick Swayze for 34 years before the "Dirty Dancing" actor passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2009 at the age of 57.
Niemi said that many of her and her late husband's friends would be at the ceremony to show their support.
"I have some hilarious friends. I'm sure there will be some fun toasts!" she told People. "Later on we'll dance to everything from Michael Bublé and Steve Tyrell, to '70s classics, to current hits, with a big dash of romance thrown in."
Roughly 50 guests joined the happy couple at the ceremony at The Mar-a-Lago Club, where Niemi wore a dress designed by Oscar de la Renta, which she purchased at Casa de Novia in Houston. DePrisco wore Ermenegildo Zegna.
Green and white hydrangeas complemented by white roses made the ceremony "fresh and happy," said Niemi. Her nephew and his wife put together a string quartet, and filled the venue with pieces by Mozart and Haydn.
During the big day, Niemi stopped briefly to share her joy with her fans on Twitter, honoring her late husband and her new one.
