A mother who reportedly hired strippers to perform at her 16-year-old son's bowling alley birthday party last November was arrested Monday on five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Judy H. Viger, 33, of Gansevoort, New York, which is 50 miles north of Albany, allegedly
hired the two strippers to perform at the Spare Time Bowling Alley for five teens who were younger than 17, and one of who was as young as 14, The Times Union reports.
Cell phone photos, which were eventually leaked to the media, triggered a police investigation. In the photos, there are two exotic dancers appearing to give lap dances to the teens while wearing thong underwear and bras.

In one photo, a stripper's buttocks appears to be inches from a teen's face.
"The charges stem from an allegation that she endangered not only the welfare of her own child, but the welfare of the 14- and 15-year-old children that were at the birthday party as well," Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said.
So far, authorities have interviewed more than 80 people.
According to New York state law, child endangerment is a misdemeanor that carries a prison sentence of up to one year. It occurs when an individual "knowingly acts in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old."
The incident reportedly occurred in a private room at the bowling alley that was out of public view.
