Former NFL cheerleader Molly Shattuck is accused of having sex with a teenager over Labor Day weekend.
Shattuck, 47, was indicted Monday on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact, and three counts of providing alcohol to minors, The Associated Press reported.
The former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader pleaded not guilty and was released on $84,000 secured bond.
Shattuck has three children, including a 15-year-old son. She and her husband, Mayo Shattuck, 60, former CEO of Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, separated and filed for divorce Sept. 29.
Shattuck, who in 2005 became the oldest cheerleader in the history of the NFL, is accused of giving alcohol to the boy — her son's classmate at the McDonogh School — and
performing oral sex on him, The Baltimore Sun reported.
The boy told police Shattuck began flirting with him on the social media in May, the newspaper said. They allegedly met in a movie theater, middle school parking lot, and office parking garage where they kissed and had sexual contact, the Sun reported. Oral sex allegedly occurred during the Labor Day weekend, when the boy accompanied Shattuck, her children, and friends at a Bethany Beach, Delaware, rental home.

A
letter sent by McDonogh School Headmaster Charles W. Britton to parents on Wednesday was obtained by WBAL-TV.
“While I was instructed by the police not to communicate with you until now because of the criminal investigation, I want you to know that the parent has been prohibited from entering McDonogh's campus and additional security measures have been in place to assure the safety of students since the incident was reported. The safety and well-being of our students is our greatest priority at all times,” the letter said.
