The world was rocked Sunday by a tragic massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, where 50 people were killed in what's now considered the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, and what some are calling the worst terror attack on American soil since 9/11.
Omar Mateen, the gunman who authorities say had pledged allegiance to ISIS, was killed in a shootout with SWAT team members.
