Steve Jobs' famous temper and sharp personality are defined in a new book by ex-girlfriend Chrisann Brennan, who talks about how the Apple mogul humiliated everyone from waiters to friends.
In the book, “The Bite in the Apple,” Brennan talks about living with Jobs and how he made them sleep in separate rooms, even kicking her out of the larger master bedroom.

“Steve selected the bedroom in the front of the house. It was like him to want to position himself as the captain of the ship — in front. … I chose the master bedroom and settled in, knowing I had the best room,”
she wrote in an excerpt published by The New York Post. “But after a month Steve literally picked me up and moved everything I owned and took over the master bedroom. He’d finally realized that I had the better deal. … Steve had paid the security deposit for the rental so was, in fact, entitled to the room he wanted. But he was so graceless that I felt humiliated and outraged.”
Brennan and Jobs had a daughter together, although Jobs
denied her for years, Yahoo reported, despite paternity tests. He did pay child support and in time, said he was sorry he denied her.
As Jobs became more and more successful, Brennan wrote in her book, he started to pull back from doing things like washing dishes.
“He had entered into an elite world where others took care of the lower-level functions so that he could operate with more efficiency, on his presumably higher plane,” she wrote. “I not too happily cleaned them up by myself.”
Brennan’s accounts of Jobs come as no surprise. He was well-known for his rude behavior, and comments below the Yahoo story showed that.
Wrote one person, “Jobs had money...but lacked class or humility. He was a miserable person the majority of the time.”
Another said, “It's amazes me how IQ and people skills move inversely to each other. I've seen it in so many people in my lifetime.”
