Stevie Nicks has signed on to help Adam Levine advise his team on the upcoming season of the NBC reality show, "The Voice."
The Fleetwood Mac singer will provide guidance to the 12 singers on the Maroon 5 frontman's roster as they
prepare for the battle rounds, The Associated Press reported.

Levine joins coaches Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams on the upcoming seventh season of "The Voice," which premieres Sept. 22.
Most recently, Nicks was honored with an icon award from music management group Broadcast Music Inc. in May. She was recognized for her Fleetwood Mac contributions and for her solo career.
The 66-year-old also recently announced that she and the band are working on new songs, and revealed that she hopes to release her solo album, tentatively titled "24 Karat Gold," sometime this fall. It includes songs she has written and performed over the years, but never included on albums.
"We went onto YouTube and we found all the songs that, somehow, were taken from my house or picked up or loaned out or whatever ... and we went to Nashville and we recorded 17 songs," Nicks told the AP. "So they're like all starting from like 1969 maybe? I call them my 24-karat-gold songs."
With bandmate Christine McVie back after a 16-year absence, Fleetwood Mac will embark on a 33-city North American tour in September with its most successful lineup, including Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Mick Fleetwood, and Christine's ex-husband John McVie.
The "On With the Show" tour opens Sept. 30 in Minneapolis.
