Taco Bell may expand its "$1 Cravings" menu, currently in the test phase, to all of its chains nationally, executives told reporters Thursday. The offerings are getting rave reviews online.
The fast-food chain is currently testing its new value selections in Kansas City, Mo., and Sacramento, Calif., and Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer Brian Niccol said customers are really responding to the new dollar menu.
The menu features 12 new items, including a Shredded Chicken Mini Quesadilla, Churro, and Triple Layer Nachos.

Taco Bell previously had a tiered value menu called "Why Pay More." The menu contained items priced at either 79, 89, or 99 cents, though the
prices have largely increased to well over a dollar over time, according to Advertising Age.
Niccol was vague in specifying when the "$1 Cravings" menu would be rolled out nationally, of it even definitely would be, but that didn’t stop loyal customers from excitedly discussing it on Twitter.
