Reality TV stars "The Little Couple" renewed their wedding vows on a beach in Galveston, Texas, as 50 friends, family members and a filming crew looked on.
In February, Dr. Jen Arnold said she was "ready for life to be boring" after battling cancer and winning, but her husband Bill Klein couldn't help but plan the wedding reception as a surprise to celebrate her recovery and their six years together,
he told People magazine.
"It turned out great," he exclaimed. "She was so surprised. It has been a crazy year, good and bad, and we came out unscathed. I really wanted to make it happen and do something special for Jen."

The couple discovered Arnold's cancer last year on a trip to India to adopt their second child, Zoey, 2, from India. Both Zoey and her older brother, Will, 4, attended the ceremony.
"Bill took me completely by surprise and it was in a good way. I don't know how he got all of our family and friends there. It blew me away," Arnold said after the big day. "It was wonderful . . . more beautiful than I could believe. Being on the beach and having the kids there, it was definitely different this time around."
Klein kicked things off by getting down on one knee and re-proposing to his wife before they took the beach at the Hotel Galvez & Spa for the ceremony. The reception had a starfish theme, and Klien helped create signature cocktails made with star fruit to match.
"This time around it was about taking care of Jennifer," said Klein. "And even though she found out about it last minute, she came up with better vows than the ones I wrote."
The episode featuring the wedding will be aired as the show's season finale on June 17.
