Tom Brady is selling his house in Los Angeles within a year of completing construction on it and after reportedly spending upwards of $40 million to finish it.
The six-bedroom, 14,300-square-foot estate, which is surrounded by five acres of property in L.A.'s ritzy Brentwood neighborhood, is being offered for $50 million,
PopSugar.com reported. The custom-built chateau is said to contain an array of amenities for Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen, including a gym, garden, infinity pool, koi fish-filled moat with a bridge, and even a chicken coop.

TMZ reports the couple is building another mansion in Brookline, Mass., and may move there full-time.
Despite the estate's impressive amenities,
Bundchen told Architectural Digest last October that she was drawn to the estate because of its "simplicity and coziness."
"I want to live in a place that feels like a real home, where you can put your feet up on the couch and just relax," she said.
The New England Patriots quarterback agreed.
"Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids," Brady added. "We built this house as a sanctuary for our family — a place where we can enjoy being together. ... It was important for us to plant roots for our family, and since we both enjoy the creative process, we decided to start from scratch."
The famous couple share their estate with their children — Benjamin, 3, and Vivian, 1, and Brady's 6-year-old son John, whom he had with actress Bridget Moynahan.
It was not reported why the famous couple was selling the estate, which they spent so much money building and appeared to love.
In October,
Brady and Bündchen purchased a $14 million, full-floor condo in New York City. They are reportedly also in the process of building a similar estate
near Boston, noted ContactMusic.com.
