White House intruder Omar J. Gonzalez, who jumped the perimeter fence and made it in through the front door on Friday, was revealed to have been heavily armed in a prior arrest this past July.
According to The Associated Press, Gonzalez, 42, a former three-tour Iraq Army sniper suffering from PTSD, was arrested by Virginia state troopers after a traffic stop with a sawed off shotgun, two powerful rifles, four handguns, as well as other guns and ammunition just months ago.

Gonzales also had a map of Washington, D.C. and camping equipment.
Wythe County Deputy Commonwealth Attorney David Saliba said Monday that Gonzalez was in his Ford Bronco when troopers stopped him in southwestern Virginia July 19.
Saliba said Gonzalez initially tried to flee troopers, weaving and driving onto a highway median.
Gonzalez was arrested at the scene after a trooper found the illegal shotgun in his car. The ammunition and weapons, including a tomahawk hatchet, were seized later.
