Will Smith, Jada Cleared in Investigation of Willow-on-Bed Photo

By    |   Tuesday, 17 June 2014 10:12 AM EDT

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been cleared in the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services' investigation into the controversial photo of their 13-year-old daughter Willow lying on a bed with a shirtless 20-year-old man.

According to RadarOnline.com, DCFS launched an investigation into the photo, which surfaced online last month, but found "no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around [former 'Hannah Montana' star] Moises [Arias], or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused."

Investigators reportedly found Willow to be "a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady," according to the tabloid gossip site.

Will Smith has not commented publicly on the photo or the DCFS investigation, but Jada Pinkett Smith gave the paparazzi a piece of her mind on the subject last month.

"Here's the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation," she told TMZ photographers. "You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."
