The November member midterms are leaning slightly more in the Republicans' favor, says political scientist Larry Sabato.
"It's not a landslide, it's not a slam dunk," Sabato said Thursday on Fox News Channel's
"Your World with Neil Cavuto."
Sabato said he just moved the Iowa Senate race from toss-up to leans GOP and Colorado from leans Democratic incumbent to a toss-up.
In Iowa Republican Joni Ernst is leading Democrat Bruce Braley in the polls. In Colorado, Democratic Sen. Mark Udall faces Republican Cory Gardner.
"It's not a wave. It's kind of a series of whitecaps in specific states and districts," Sabato said.
