Adam Levine and his band Maroon 5 have released the music video for their summer hit “Moves Like Jagger” which pays homage to the 68-year-old Rolling Stones front man,
New York Magazine reports.
The video features singer Christina Aguilera, who collaborated with Levine on the track, and old video footage of Mick Jagger.
"We were lucky enough to get Mick's endorsement, as far as him giving us access to a bunch of different footage,” Levine told MTV News.
"It's kind of a hodgepodge of many different ideas that we wanted to do, and Jonas Åkerlund is at the helm of this whole thing, and he's so talented and we love working with him, and this is going to be another great video, I think," Levine said of the video’s director.
“Moves Like Jagger” joins the lengthy list of hit singles by Maroon 5 and has quickly moved up the charts to become of on the summer’s biggest songs.
