While many Christians look down upon using cosmetic surgery to enhance or maintain a person's appearance, celebrities often consider looking good to be an essential part of the job.
Here are five famous Christians that had work done:
1. In 2009, actor Mickey Rourke told a Bosnian newspaper he thanked God and his Catholic faith for giving him a "second chance" in life to overcome his addictions, which almost led him to commit suicide,
according to the Catholic News Agency. Rourke has also admitted having plastic surgery procedures on his cheek and nose.

2. According to the New York Daily News, former Olympic decathlon winner Bruce Jenner underwent a nose job to soften his features. However, it isn't the first time he has gone under the knife. Jenner is involved with the Life Change Community Church, a non-denominational Christian congregation in Calabasas, California.
3. Heidi Montag, former star of the MTV reality TV series "The Hills," is a devoted Christian. Montag underwent a 2007 nose job and breast augmentation then followed it up with 10 hour series of procedures in 2010 that included a mini brow lift, nose job revision, chin reduction, neck liposuction, buttock augmentation, among others,
according to People Magazine.

4. Singer-songwriter Kenny Rogers was raised and remains a Christian. In 2006, Rogers acknowledged to People Magazine that he had surgery done at the sides of his eyes and wasn't happy about the job that was done.
5. Lil Kim has been vocal about her Christian faith, including speaking about the power of prophecy and prayer,
according to The Christian Post. In 2013, the rapper was spotted in West Hollywood and appeared as if she had undergone a significant alteration to her face.
