Barclays Capital Inc.’s team of analysts combed through hundreds of smaller-company stocks and found 16 that have potential for strong gains.
Venu Krishna, the bank’s strategist for small- and mid-cap stocks, identified companies that possibly will benefit from President Donald Trump’s policies, more favorable borrowing and stronger organic growth.
“Our small- and mid-cap selections of 16 stocks offer a median upside to price target of 22 percent,” he said in a January 24 report obtained by Newsmax Finance. “The median upside case is 52 percent while the median downside case is -21 percent.”
