GOP presidential dropout Ben Carson is a "hypocrite" for endorsing "the moral monster, Donald Trump,"
National Review's Quin Hillyer says.
The Carson slam, posted on the conservative journal's website Friday under the headline "Dr. Carson's Disgrace," contrasted Carson's efforts to maintain honor, decency, and decorum in the campaign for the nomination with Trump, describing the front-runner as " the crassest, most vulgar, most deceitful person in the race."
National Review, which endorsed Ted Cruz Friday, has campaigned heavily against Trump, even
devoting an entire issue to its "Against Trump" efforts in January.
