Despite his big win in Tuesday's New Hampshire primary, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is under no illusion he will actually wrest the Democratic nomination from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly said.

"Bernie knows in his heart, don't you believe this, that he's not going to win?" he asked guest Charles Krauthammer on Tuesday's "O'Reilly Factor."  "Don't you believe Bernie is not going to win? He's going to try. It's fun. He's got nothing else to do, but he knows he's going to run up against the machine in South Carolina. He's not winning."

The whole run is "political theater," O'Reilly said. His real goal is to force Clinton to incorporate some elements of his message into her campaign.

O'Reilly said he also didn't understand why Clinton looked so happy after losing.

"She's happy that unless indicted she's going to win the nomination," Krauthammer said.

O'Reilly said she should have played the loss more like Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, who sulked in a press conference before storming off after losing the Super Bowl on Sunday.

"And Cam Newton came closer to winning than she did," Krauthammer said.
