Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and the city's police department issued statements of support to Las Vegas on Monday in the aftermath of the worst mass shooting ever in the United States.
Orlando suffered through a mass shooting of its own in June of 2016 when 49 were killed at a nightclub.
At least 50 are confirmed dead in Las Vegas after a shooter — now deceased — opened fire on an outdoor country music festival from the 32nd floor of a nearby hotel.
