Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Tuesday attacked Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's endorsement of rival Ted Cruz, telling supporters that "he certainly can't endorse me after what I did to him in the race, right?"

"So, Walker came out today," Trump said at a rally in Janesville, Wis. "I wrote down notes about Wisconsin."

Some audience members then booed the Republican front-runner before he slammed Walker's endorsement earlier Tuesday. The governor quit the 2016 race last July.

Trump then rattled off statistics about the Badger State's economy during Walker's tenure, including a $45 billion state debt, 20,000 fewer people in the labor force versus seven years ago and 800,000 food-stamp recipients.

"Am I going to say he's doing a great job?" Trump asked. "He's not doing a great job."
