Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban tweeted Saturday that "no chance" existed that President Donald Trump might have colluded with Russia during last year's election because he "isn't detail oriented, organized or big picture enough" to execute any such "conspiracy."
Instead, Russian President Vladimir Putin "recognized [Trump's] greed and took advantage by back channeling coordinated misinformation in an attempt to influence voters," Cuban said.
Trump also did not consider Paul Manafort's ties to Ukraine when he hired him as his campaign chairman, the billionaire said.
That was a "win win," he said, because Manafort would either help the Republican beat Hillary Clinton or bring in new business from the Kremlin if he didn't.
Trump was not thinking like a politician regarding Manafort, Cuban said, but like a businessman.
