Former presidential adviser Sebastian Gorka ripped Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. for a visa program he said allowed New York City terror suspect Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov into the United States.

Gorka's comments came in the form of a tweet:

WABC-TV in New York City had reported Saiprov came to the U.S. seven years ago from Uzbekistan under the Diversity Visa Program.

That program offers a lottery for those from nations with few immigrants in America, according to the television station.
