The storm over the $675,000 that Hillary Clinton was paid for three speeches to Goldman Sachs boiled over Friday as GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump told Newsmax TV that she will be forced to release transcripts of those highly-paid addresses.

While Clinton has remained non-committal as to whether she will release those transcripts, Trump told Newsmax TV's Steve Malzberg:

"I think she's going to have to. She's always claiming the big bad bankers, and then she gets hundreds of thousands of dollars to make speeches.

"And she says she says certain things behind closed doors — so I think she will probably be forced to do that."

As Anderson Cooper revealed on CNN during a Town Hall event, Clinton accepted $675,000 from the investment powerhouse to deliver three speeches after she ended her stint as secretary of state.

Her opponent, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, has accused Clinton of being bought and paid for by Wall Street.

"I made speeches to lots of groups," Clinton said during the Town Hall meeting.

"But did you have to be paid $675,000?" Cooper asked.

"Well, I don't know," Clinton replied. "That's what they offered so … you know, every secretary of state that I know has done that."

During the Democratic presidential debate on Thursday, MSNBC moderator Chuck Todd asked Clinton if she would release the transcripts of her paid speeches, which were made at private events. He noted that there were transcriptions made of the addresses.

"I will look into it. I don't know the status, but I will certainly look into it," said Clinton, adding that the talks were about "issues that had to do with world affairs."

But The Intercept reports that several attendees of one of the Goldman Sachs speeches said that Clinton reassured the crowd that banker-bashing was unproductive and foolish.

Clinton and her husband former President Bill Clinton have reportedly raked in over $125 million for paid speeches since 2001.
