The blasts at the Zaventem airport — Belgium's largest — killed 13 people and was caused by a suicide bomber, per the Belgian prosecutor.

The attack at the Maelbeek metro station, which is located 400 meters from the European Commission, took place at 9:11 a.m., during rush hour.

According to reports, at least 10 people have been killed in the subway blast.
People in Brussels are using the hashtags #openhouse and #Ikwilhelpen, opening their homes and cars to people who are in need of help, according to Buzzfeed News.
