Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's longtime top aide, filed for divorce from Anthony Weiner Friday, on the same day he pleaded guilty to criminal charges of sexting with a minor, the New York Post reported.

The Post reported Abedin filed an "anonymous vs. anonymous" action in Manhattan Supreme Court and asked the court to seal the proceedings.

The Post reports the filing is uncontested; Abedin ostensibly is not expecting a fight from Weiner, who could get prison time for his guilty plea to transmitting sexual material to a minor, a 15-year-old North Carolina girl.

The pair have a 5-year-old son.
