Democrat Doug Jones leads Republican Roy Moore by 4 points in a new poll ahead of next week's Alabama Senate election.
Results from the Big League-Gravis survey:
- 48 percent of likely voters support Jones.
- 44 percent of likely voters support Moore.
- 34 percent said they do not believe the sexual misconduct allegations leveled against Moore in recent weeks, while 42 percent said they believe them.
The latest RealClear Politics average shows Moore has a 1.5-point lead in the race, which will be decided next Tuesday. Moore and Jones are competing to fill the seat once occupied by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Several women have come forward to say Moore either sexually harassed or assaulted them when they were teenagers and he was in his 30s.
President Donald Trump announced his support of Moore on Monday despite the allegations.
