Attorney Alan Dershowitz has a new book coming out that will further refute allegations that he was involved in a sexual misconduct scandal with his late client Jeffrey Epstein.
According to Keith Kelly of the New York Post, "Guilt by Accusation: The Challenge of Proving Innocence in the Age of #MeToo" will be available starting Nov. 19.
In it, Dershowitz will make his case that claims made by Virginia Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, that he had sex with her when she was underage, are false. The longtime Harvard law professor wrote that he has evidence to prove his innocence, including travel documentation that shows he was nowhere near where Giuffre said he was during the times of the alleged assaults.
In August, Dershowitz indicated that travel records and receipts show that Giuffre's allegations are untrue. Former FBI director Louis Freeh said, "the totality of the evidence refutes the allegations against professor Dershowitz."
Epstein committed suicide in August at a New York City jail after he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking.
