President Donald Trump on Tuesday took to Twitter to again call for the end of the Senate filibuster so healthcare and tax reform can get passed "fast and easy."
It's the second time this month Trump has called for the Senate to bust the filibuster.
That elicited a response from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who simply said, "We're not going to do that."
Trump's tweet this time comes amid the Senate mulling and planning to rewrite the American Health Care Act passed by the House. McConnell has repeatedly rebuffed calls for a deadline that Senate Republicans are shooting for, though the White House is pressuring them to have it done before the August recess.
