Ronan Farrow, son of Mia Farrow and "possibly" Frank Sinatra, is getting off to a rocky start as he prepares for his new show on MSNBC with a tweet about the wounded soldier who was first lady Michelle Obama's special guest at the State of the Union.
Farrow, 26, was trying to turn President Obama's description of Army Sgt. 1st Class Cory Remsburg into a jab at Congress. Obama explained that the soldier who sustained injuries while fighting in Afghanistan "still struggles from his left side."

"Cory 'struggles on the left side.' Congress relates," Farrow wrote on Twitter.
It doesn't appear that Farrow meant the jab as an insult directed at the soldier, as he followed up the comment with another tweet that included a link to a "moving story about Afghanistan vet."
However, the damage was done. Many from both the right and left responded, saying the joke was in poor taste:
"You aren't worthy to clean Sgt Remsburg's boots," said Ed Shahzade.
Farrow's MSNBC show is set to air at 1 p.m. Feb. 24. He graduated from Yale Law School in 2009 and previously worked as the U.S. Global Youth Issues envoy in the State Department under former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The former Rhodes Scholar has nearly 200,000 followers on Twitter and has been praised for his uncanny wit.
Farrow was believed to be the offspring of actress Mia Farrow and Woody Allen until she said in a
Vanity Fair interview published in October 2013 that Ronan could "possibly" be the son of the late singer Frank Sinatra, who she was married to from 1966 to 1968. She added that she and Sinatra "never really split up."
Ronan made a joke out of his mother's revelation about the identity of his father.
This latest gaffe comes after the highly publicized and embarrassing staff problems NBC and MSNBC recently faced with Melissa Harris-Perry, Alec Baldwin, and Martin Bashir. Baldwin and Bashir were forced to resign while Harris-Perry had to make a tearful apology to the family of Mitt Romney after guests on her show mocked their adopted black son.
