Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., is sneaking up on former Vice President Joe Biden in the latest Fox News poll.

Warren is second behind Biden among Democratic primary voters, 20% to 31%. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is third at 10% and Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., fourth at 8%.

Warren has steadily gained percentage points since March, including 8 percentage points in August following the second Democratic presidential debate. Sanders has dropped 13 points in that time, while Biden and Harris are exactly where they were in March.

The poll also found:

  • Warren is now the favorite among voters under age 45.
  • Her support has increased 18 points among very liberal voters.
  • Biden leads Warren among men and women at 11 points each.
  • Biden has a 22-point advantage among voters over the age of 45.
  • Among non-whites, Biden is up by 17 points over Sanders and by 19 over Warren.
  • 60% of Democratic voters prefer a nominee who will "restore the country and get American politics back to normalcy" over one who will "fundamentally change" how Washington works.

Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and entrepreneur Andrew Yang stand at 3% apiece, and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and ex-Rep. Beto O'Rourke, D-Texas, are each at 2%.

The poll was conducted Aug. 11-13 among 1,013 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide.
