An attorney for a Fusion GPS co-founder claimed last year in a closed hearing that a person has been killed in relation to the publication of the dossier on President Donald Trump.
Josh Levy, a lawyer for Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, said in recently revealed testimony from a 10-hour closed hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee in August that "somebody's already been killed" because of the dossier.
Levy told investigators that his client "wants to be very careful to protect his sources," and that "somebody's already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work."
He did not name the individual in his testimony.
