Former Florida governor Jeb Bush is introducing himself as a prospective Republican presidential candidate with an electronic book chronicling his obsession with email.

Bush writes that he "loved being governor of Florida," despite "hurricanes, budget battles or even hanging chads," referring to the historic recount in Florida of the 2000 presidential election. Bush's brother, George W. Bush, was declared the winner of Florida's 29 electoral votes.

Jeb Bush says emails helped him understand more about the state's problems as governor. "I knew the best ideas didn't come from Mount Tallahassee," Bush writes, with a jab at Florida's state capital.

Bush writes that he spent roughly 30 hours weekly on email, earning the nickname, "the eGovernor."
