McCain will talk about his report on government waste, revelations that Pentagon credit cards were used for gambling and escorts, the VA scandal and other issues.
"Remember that now, national security and foreign policy is the No. 1 concern of Republican primary voters," McCain says. "It's a bigger issue than any time since the 1980 election when Ronald Reagan was elected. Pay attention."
McCain is a decorated Vietnam War hero and has served in the U.S. Senate since 1987. He was the GOP candidate for president in 2008 and is currently chairman if the Senate Armed Services Committee.
