After Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., congratulated Joe Biden for winning the South Carolina Democratic primary, conservative commentator Mark Levin questioned whether Graham would fulfill his promise to investigate the former vice president and his son Hunter.
Graham tweeted Saturday night following Biden's win, "Congratulations to Joe and Jill Biden, and the entire Biden team, on the well deserved big win in the #SCDemocraticPrimary. Best of luck in the future. #Socialism goes down hard tonight in South Carolina."
Levin, a nationally syndicated radio show host, responded Sunday evening, "Does this sound like Lindsey Graham is going to investigate the Bidens as he has repeatedly said he would?"
Graham has said on multiple occasions that he would investigate the Bidens over their business dealings in Ukraine, a topic that became one of the main threads in the Democrats' impeachment probe that ended with President Donald Trump getting impeached in the House but acquitted in a Senate trial.
Last month, Biden's wife Jill said the couple used to be friends with Graham but, no longer consider him one. About a week later, Graham said he likes Biden personally but does not feel he would be a good president.
