Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, said his sales are strong after his refusal to pull his ads off the Fox News show "The Ingraham Angle," according to Breitbart News.
"MyPillow's sales are strong," he said in a statement to Breitbart. "We are blessed to have loyal customers who love MyPillow and recommend it to friends and family members."
A boycott of advertisers was touched off after the show's host, Laura Ingraham, had speculated on why David Hogg, a student from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, had not been accepted by certain colleges.
Douglas was the scene of 17 murders by a lone gunman in February.
As a result of her comments, Hogg urged companies to stop advertising on the show. Ingraham later apologized for the remarks, but about a dozen companies severed ties with the show, according to Breitbart.
Lindell, in a Twitter account identified by Breitbart as belonging to him, said he will not stop advertising on the show.
Lindell was an early and strong backer of Donald Trump's presidential campaign and attended his inauguration, according to The Seattle Times.
He was invited to the president's Mar-a-Lago resort for dinner during the Easter holiday.
During Monday's show, Ingraham, while making no references to the advertisers who have left her program, said she would be focusing on "bullies on the left aiming to silence conservatives," The Washington Post noted.
