Hillary Clinton is being accused of violating federal election campaign laws after she OK'd the use of Donald Duck costumes at Trump rallies. The allegations were made by James O'Keefe's 'Project Veritas' and stem from an undercover video released Monday.

Clinton's campaign allegedly communicated with political consultant Robert Creamer, the DNC and the non-profit organization Americans United for Change to "instigate violence at Trump rallies, take part in voter fraud schemes, and provide a hub from where pro-Clinton super PACs can establish lines of communication," writes Matt Vespa of Town Hall.

In the video, Creamer is secretly taped as saying "In the end, it was candidate Hillary Clinton, the future president of the United States who wanted ducks on the ground, so, by God, we will get ducks on the ground. Don't repeat that to anybody."

The plan, according to Creamer and Scott Foval, an employee of Americans United for Change, was to have people dress up as Donald Duck and show up at Trump campaigns to criticize Trump and his refusal to release his tax returns. Creamer was shown saying Clinton specifically asked for the Donald Duck costumes. Foval was also videotaped saying he expected there would be violence at the rallies as a result.

O'Keefe calls into question FEC law 52 USC 30116(a)(7)(B)(i)-(ii) which states: "expenditures made by any person in cooperation, consultation, or concert, with, or at the request or suggestion of, a candidate, his authorized political committees, or their agents, shall be considered to be a contribution to such candidate" and, "(ii) expenditures made by any person (other than a candidate or candidate's authorized committee) in cooperation, consultation, or concert with, or at the request or suggestion of, a national, State, or local committee of a political party, shall be considered to be contributions made to such party committee."
