Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., took to Twitter Saturday to kick off "Festivus," a faux holiday which takes its name from a "Seinfeld" episode in which George Costanza's father introduces friends and family to a Christmas-adjacent alternative.
Paul has made Festivus somewhat of an annual tradition, and in years past has ripped the government, colleagues and the media. On Saturday, he took aim at EPA director Scott Pruitt, President Donald Trump and how much money the federal government wasted in 2017.
