The final batch of emails from Hillary Clinton's private server will finally be released this weekend, The Hill reports.

The State Department is making public some 550 emails after a federal judge accused the agency of dragging its feet following his orders to release them after he sided with a
Freedom of Information lawsuit filed by Vice News reporter Jason Leopold.

The emails were among some 30,000 found on a home server Clinton used while she served as secretary of state.

The use of the server by Clinton, the national Democratic presidential front-runner, is now under investigation by the FBI. Clinton has been criticized for potentially jeopardizing national security by conducting classified government business over an unsecured email system.

While the State Department said 22 emails found on the home server could be considered "top secret," Clinton has denied passing anything classified over it.
