Donald Trump has signed onto host the November 7 episode of "Saturday Night Live," NBC announced Tuesday.

This marks the presidential hopeful's second time as host of the late-night sketch show. He previously hosted the April 3, 2004 episode.

Appearing Tuesday on Fox News Channel's "Your World with Neil Cavuto," Trump said he expects to be "having a little fun" as he hosts the show.

"Lorne Michaels is a friend of mine. He's been a great guy for so many years and does it so well and asked me if I would do it and I said, yes, I would," Trump said of the show's longtime producer.

"I think it will be something special. We will try and do a really good job for you," Trump said.

Trump said he has no animus with NBC over being replaced as host of "The Apprentice" or having his "Miss USA" pageant dropped from the network.

Hillary Clinton appeared in one skit two weeks ago, but Trump will be hosting the show, presumably appearing in multiple skits in addition to doing the opening monologue.

In his first appearance he appeared in a fake commercial for Donald Trump's House of Wings.
